boxes: imprinted note pad holder without paper have to be sealed individually to protect them against scratches, surchage: € 0,10/piece
if not sealed in, no complaintes will be accepted
Note pad holder without paper will be delivered on palette and exclusively in original packaging units by forwarder agents.
We can´t accept liability for small quantities or lose packaging.
scratches: Scratches can appear on transparent and coloured plastics due to procuction reasons. We can not accept such complaints.
If you want to receive goods without scratches, we need to take off each product by hand. For this we have to charge you € 30,00/hour
packing: Packing in polybags:

Printer's copies: must be vectorised in EPS for PC
print area minium size of type 8 points or 3 mm
printing position: If you have not given an exact declaration on the place of the imprint or if the place is not printable, because of technical reasons, than we place the text on a place where it will be suitable to print on.
Sub-printing: please note that printing colours will only come out faithfully on a white background.
If we don´t print first in white colour on the coloured items, we can´t accept any complaints about printing colour differences!
Colour differences: is reserved due to technical reasons for plastics!
Special shapes: We can do molds. Price on request!
Special colours: We produce our own products (marked with made in Germany) also in special colours and in recycling material - minimum order quantity on request.
Collective orders: On collectiv orders with different advertising text counts the block pricing.
Prices: All mentioned prices in our catalogue don´t include the costs for the imprint. Prices incl. advetising imprint only when explicit mentioned. All prices are plus the legal VAT - valid until recalled.
Our sales- and payment agreements taking as a basis otherwise without engagement and count as agreed, if nothing different has been written down.

direct postage For delivery papers, lables and delivery notes for a direct delivery to your customer we will charge you per address € 5,10 if this is not been given from you.
Packing: Per export carton: € 2,04
Part deliveries: Part deliveries are possible and allowed. Every part delivery is payable within the limits of the agreed payment agreements.
Changes: Technical changes on products and also on the design, form and colour are reserve.
printing error Changes in the prices are reserve if mistakes and for errors.
